(BT PR) Two-time GRAMMY nominated singer/songwriter Maggie Rose, and acclaimed singer-songwriter Ruston Kelly come together for their new collaborative single, "Peace," out today on One Riot.

Bringing together two of Nashville's most distinctive voices, "Peace" finds Rose and Kelly meeting at the intersection of Americana, roots and folk. Written by Rose, Kelly and producer Lawrence Rothman, the emotionally resonant song is about finding calm, connection and clarity amid life's uncertainty and chaos. Rose and Kelly exude a potent intimacy as they sing in unison on the chorus, "everything's not so damn urgent, running, raging who's it serving. Holding on so tight never worked out for me... peace."

Speaking about the track Maggie comments, "I am at my most peaceful when I embrace acceptance of what I can't change and accountability for my own happiness. I sometimes forget that I can set my own pace and not worry about the hurriedness of the world around me. This song should be a reminder that we all have the power to do that." She adds, "Writing this song with Ruston and Lawrence was such a gift. Our collective experience with anxiety and unrest and acknowledging it together felt like putting down a big boulder I had been carrying."

Ruston explains, "I think there is such a freedom in laying bare the daily pressures and anxieties of living, in a way that you see them for what they really are, tiny in comparison to the things that actually matter."
