(fcc) Last night, GRAMMY, CMA, and ACM Award-winning country star Carly Pearce wrapped up her "Honest Woman: Up Close" tour, presented by Conundrum Wines, with a high-energy, sold-out performance at New York City's Gramercy Theatre.
The packed show marked the triumphant finale of a successful North American run of intimate shows celebrating her critically acclaimed fifth studio album, Honest Woman, released this summer via BBR Music Group/BMG Nashville.
The career-spanning setlist blended new tracks like "Dream Come True," "You Can Have Him," and "If I Don't Leave I'm Gonna Stay" with powerhouse hits including "Never Wanted To Be That Girl," "Should've Known Better," and "Every Little Thing." Emphasizing the deep bond she shares with her audience, Pearce paused mid-show to lead a heartwarming crowd rendition of "Happy Birthday" to an 11-year-old fan and continued a beloved tour tradition by performing the crowd-voted fan favorite "Halfway Home."
The audience was treated to a special surprise when Pearce welcomed fellow country superstar Kelsea Ballerini to the stage. The longtime friends treated the roaring crowd to a memorable performance of their collaboration "You're Drunk, Go Home" followed by a nostalgic cover of The Chicks' classic "Cowboy Take Me Away."
Featuring support from Belle Frantz, the "Honest Woman: Up Close" tour brought intimate, stripped-back performances to packed venues across Detroit, Chicago, Minneapolis, Los Angeles, Toronto, and Boston before making its final, unforgettable stop in New York City.
Since its release this summer, Honest Woman has earned critical acclaim, with Entertainment Focus calling it "one of the most mature albums of her career" and Whiskey Riff noting that Pearce "consistently puts out some of the best stuff in mainstream Nashville." Further highlighting the album's success, Pearce's duet with Riley Green, "If I Don't Leave I'm Gonna Stay," which Billboard called a "blockbuster duet," recently climbed the country charts and reached No. 1 overall on iTunes. The pair also reunited on NBC's The Voice, where Pearce is currently appearing as a guest mentor alongside Green's team.
Today, Pearce released her new track, "Not Falling Out," with fast-rising singer-songwriter Max McNown. Accompanying the single is the official music video showcasing their chemistry in the studio
