Andy Frasco & The Un And Kitchen Dwellers Teaming Up For Co-Headlining Tour
(RMG) Andy Frasco & The UN and Kitchen Dwellers will link up for a co-headlining tour throughout the month of August with dates spanning across the midwest and east coast.
Joining the high-energy raucous festivities are Vermont-based singer, songwriter, guitarist & co-founder of Twiddle, Mihali and Colorado-based progressive bluegrass band Magoo who will each support on select dates. Artist & local pre-sales go on sale Thursday, March 5th at 10am local (ending at 10pm local) and public on-sale begins Friday, March 6th at 10am local.
The tour starts in Paw Paw, MI and continues at People Fest at Driftless Music Gardens in Yuba, WI. Mihali hops on board for midwest dates in Omaha, NE; Indianapolis, IN; Cincinnati, OH; St. Louis, MO; a notable stop at The Caverns in Grundy Country, TN, and finishes his leg in Greenville, SC. Magoo closes out the final dates in Virginia Beach, Asbury Park, Bouckville, NY, and Westport, CT.
Speaking to the excitement of the tour and camaraderie between the groups, Frasco says, "As touring musicians, we never get the opportunity to hang out with our close friends for more than a couple days 'cause we're all so busy. On this tour with the Kitchen Dwellers, I get the opportunity to break bread and laugh with people I love and respect on a daily basis. Also, it'll be sick to finally have my jewgrass dreams come to life."
As a direct testament to Frasco's sentiments, Kitchen Dweller's banjoist & vocalist Torrin Daniels adds, "The First time I met Frasco, I watched him shotgun a beer while waterskiing. If that ain't some Midsummer-Chattahoochee energy, I don't know what is. This tour's gonna be exactly that - Unhinged, irresponsible, rock 'n' roll."
